- 🍝 100g spaghetti

- 🥬 1 leaf spring cabbage

- 2 tbsp dried shirasu
Seasoning

- 3 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
STEPS
Tear the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (1 tsp, not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Add the cabbage 1 minute before the spaghetti's cooking time ends. Drain well.
Plate the spaghetti, top with spring cabbage and dried shirasu.
