  • Pasta / Noodles

    • 🍝 100g spaghetti
  • Seafood

    • 30g dried shirasu
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 50g spinach
    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Liquid

    • 1 tbsp pasta cooking water

Wash spinach thoroughly, trim the roots, and cut into 4cm pieces. Mince garlic after removing its core.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and dried shirasu, and stir-fry briefly. Add spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then mix quickly.
