- 30g dried shirasu
Eggs
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add dried shirasu, and stir-fry to remove moisture. Add cooked rice and stir until it becomes fluffy.
Push the rice to one side of the pan, add beaten eggs to the empty space, and stir until semi-cooked. Add lettuce and soy sauce, then stir-fry everything together.
