    • 70g shirasu (whitebait)
  • Vegetables

Thinly slice the green onion diagonally.

Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain the water.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and red chili in a frying pan until fragrant. Add green onion and sauté for 1–2 minutes.

Add spaghetti and seasoning ingredients (soy sauce and dashi powder) to the pan. Mix well while sautéing. Add shirasu and chopped green onion, then stir to combine.
