    • 1 tbsp shirasu (dried whitebait)

    • 1 tsp salad oil

  • Sauce

    • 1/2 tsp miso
    • 1 tsp mayonnaise

Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu using a paper towel. Cut along one long edge, leaving one side intact, and open it up. Mix miso and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the sauce, then spread it on the tofu.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil, spreading it thinly using a paper towel. Place the tofu with the sauce side facing up. Add the shiso leaf in the center, sprinkle shirasu, and arrange pizza cheese in a circular pattern around the shiso leaf. Crack the egg into the cheese circle.

Cook over medium-low heat with a lid on until the egg reaches your desired doneness.
