INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 400g rice cakes
- 500ml broth
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp curry powder
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together, including soy sauce and gochujang.
Add the mixed seasoning into the broth and stir well.
Add the rice cakes into the seasoned broth and bring it to a boil.
Simmer on medium-low heat until the rice cakes are fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
Add boiled eggs and let them soak in the sauce for a few minutes before serving.
