- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥦 1/2 cup broccoli
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

STEPS
Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan. Once fragrant, add the sausages, shimeji mushrooms, and broccoli. Sauté over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
