INGREDIENTS

- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 72g okra
Condiments
- 1 tbsp white sesame paste
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse with water, and cut off the stem and calyx. Slice diagonally into thirds.
Place shimeji mushrooms and okra in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the condiments (soy sauce, sesame oil, and water) thoroughly. Add the shimeji mushrooms and okra, toss to coat evenly. Finally, mix in white sesame paste.
