- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the tomato into wedges by halving it and slicing each half into quarters. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the bacon into thin strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying until the mushrooms become tender. Add the tomato and stir briefly until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, and pepper) and stir to combine.
