INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 50g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- đź§… Chopped spring onion, a small amount

- 20g vermicelli
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 500ml water
STEPS
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices and separate the stems. Cut the vermicelli into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated ginger, stirring until the pork changes color. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the vermicelli, mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes until the vermicelli softens.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped spring onion.
