INGREDIENTS
Vegetables

Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Marinade

STEPS
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters and slice the green onion into 4 cm pieces.
Mix the marinade ingredients (salt, vinegar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the shiitake mushrooms and green onion over medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned.
