INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/3 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp gochujang
STEPS
Cut the chives into 3 cm pieces. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Place the shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, and chives in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, gochujang) and mix well.
Add the ground sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
