INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 🥬 1 head bok choy (100g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Separate bok choy leaves and stems. Cut stems into 6 vertical pieces and chop leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Remove tendons from chicken tenders and make shallow cuts.
Place chicken, bok choy stems, sake, and salt in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Add bok choy leaves, cover again, and let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Shred chicken and drain excess liquid.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and bok choy, then toss to combine.
