STEPS
Cut the seri into bite-sized pieces. Slice the kamaboko thinly.
Place the seri in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame seeds. Add the seri and kamaboko, toss well, and serve.
