INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag of seri
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt

- 150g firm tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut seri into 3cm pieces, sprinkle with salt, massage, and let sit for 3 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool.
Mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame seeds in a bowl.
Add seri and tofu to the bowl, crumble the tofu while mixing until well combined.
