Seri and Wakame Chinese Soup

    • 1 bunch seri
    • 1/3 stalk negi
  • Seafood

    • 1 tbsp dried wakame
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400 ml water
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • to taste white sesame seeds

Soak dried wakame in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain. Cut seri into 3 cm pieces and slice negi thinly at an angle.

In a pot, bring water and chicken stock powder to a boil. Add wakame and negi, and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add seri, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pot and heat through. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
