    • 85g seri (Japanese parsley)
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1.5 tbsp miso
    • 1/3 tsp mustard
    • 🌰 1 tsp ground white sesame

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds. Let it cool.

Cut off the roots of the seri and chop into 2cm pieces. Place in another microwave-safe container, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes.

In a bowl, combine the tuna, seri, and cooled seasoning mixture. Mix well.
