INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Fish
- 🐟 60g smoked salmon
Egg
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Vegetables
- 85g seri (Japanese parsley), chopped
Seasoning
- 🌾 1/2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌿 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 2 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the roots of the seri and chop into 1cm pieces.
Cut the smoked salmon into 1cm wide strips.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, wasabi, sesame oil). Add the seri and smoked salmon, and mix well.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the seri and salmon mixture, place the onsen egg in the center, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
