INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
Vegetables
- đź§… 40g minced onion
- 30g minced bell pepper
- 🌿 20g chopped cilantro
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Finely mince the onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
Mix ground chicken, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, and spices in a bowl until sticky. Add minced vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions. Shape each into a stick-like form, approximately 1.5cm thick, using oiled hands.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for 1 minute without moving, then roll them to brown evenly for 2 minutes. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
