STEPS
Rinse the seaweed stem thoroughly 2–3 times to remove excess salt. Soak it overnight for better preparation.
Heat perilla oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion, green onion, and sliced garlic until the onion turns translucent.
Cut the soaked seaweed stem into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan.
Add soy sauce and mirin, then stir for about 1 minute over low heat.
Add a small amount of water and stir-fry over medium heat until the dish is well combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
