INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 🌿 20g dried seaweed
- 🥩 100g beef (finely chopped)
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 1 liter water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes.
Add sesame oil to a pot, then stir-fry the minced beef.
Add the soaked seaweed and minced garlic to the pot and mix well.
Pour 1 liter of water and add soy sauce, then bring to a boil.
Transfer the cooked seaweed soup to a bowl and serve.
