INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 handful dried seaweed

- 1 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS
Soak the dried seaweed in hot water until softened.
Blanch the seaweed in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Rinse the seaweed in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and slice the onion.
Prepare the dressing by mixing gochujang, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Combine the seaweed, onion, and dressing, then gently toss to mix.
