INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings of noodles
Vegetables
- 🌿 340g soaked seaweed
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp spicy chili powder
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🍯 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- đź§„ 2 tsp minced garlic
STEPS
Soak the seaweed in cold water and rinse it thoroughly several times.
Prepare the bibim noodle sauce using the listed ingredients.
Cut the soaked seaweed into bite-sized pieces and julienne the bell peppers.
Boil the noodles, adding a cup of cold water two to three times as they boil, then rinse them in cold water.
Combine all ingredients except the boiled egg and sesame seeds, and mix well. Add sesame oil and mix again.
Top with the boiled egg and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
Enjoy the seaweed bibim noodles with a perfect balance of noodles and seaweed.
