INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 10g dried seaweed mix
- 🦐 50g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in a bowl of water according to the package instructions, then drain the excess water.
Thinly slice the cucumber and massage it with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Squeeze out the excess water. Julienne the ginger.
Place the peeled shrimp in a bowl, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let it cool.
Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the seaweed mix, shrimp, cucumber, and ginger, then toss to combine.
