    • 100g boiled octopus

    • 1/3 bunch mizuna
    • 🍋 1/4 lemon, sliced
  • Dressing

    • 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Soak the seaweed mix in a bowl with water for 5 minutes, then drain. Cut mizuna into 2cm pieces and slice the lemon thinly.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add mizuna, seaweed mix, boiled octopus, and lemon slices, then toss well.
