    • 1 tbsp vinegar

    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Prepare the purslane by trimming thick stems.

Wash the purslane thoroughly three times.

Soak the purslane in water with vinegar for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Boil 400ml of water with 1 tbsp of salt.

Blanch the purslane briefly by rotating it in the boiling water.

Rinse the purslane in cold water.

Drain the purslane and squeeze out excess water.

Add minced garlic to the purslane.

Mix the prepared seasonings into the purslane.

Add sesame oil and mix again.

Plate the seasoned purslane and sprinkle crushed sesame seeds on top.
