    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup

Combine chili powder, sugar, and water in a bowl to soften the chili powder.

Add gochujang, oyster sauce, and ketchup to the mixture and stir well.

Heat a pan and reduce to medium heat. Place frozen dumplings directly on the pan without oil to remove moisture from the surface.

Add enough oil to cover the dumpling wings and fry until golden brown on one side.
