- 50g dried aster (Chwinamul)
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic

- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
STEPS
Soak dried aster in cold water overnight, then boil on low heat for 30 minutes. Let it sit for another 30 minutes, then soak in cold water for 2 hours to soften and remove bitterness.
Rinse the boiled aster in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the squeezed aster with soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced green onion. Toss gently to combine.
Heat a pan with perilla oil and vegetable oil, then stir-fry the seasoned aster. Add salt if needed.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
