INGREDIENTS

- 500g cockles (approx. 30 pieces)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped

- 1 tbsp soju
STEPS
Clean the cockles thoroughly under running water to remove any sand or debris.
Boil the cockles in a pot with water and 1 tbsp of soju for 5 minutes until they open.
Mix soy sauce, plum extract, chili powder, minced garlic, sesame oil, cooking wine, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the sauce.
Chop green chili, red chili, onion, and green onion finely and add them to the sauce.
Combine the boiled cockles with the sauce and mix gently to coat evenly.
