    • 🦐 200g mixed seafood
  • Noodles

    • 🍜 2 packs udon noodles
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1 handful green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
