INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🦑 80g sashimi-grade squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Frilly lettuce, as needed
Dressing
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- Pinch of black pepper

STEPS
