INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili, to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
STEPS
Slice zucchini into 7mm rounds. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp. Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pot over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp, octopus, and zucchini. Cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until shrimp changes color.
