    • 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 80g mizuna greens

Trim the mizuna roots and cut into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

Pat the peeled shrimp dry. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp changes color. Add mizuna and simmer briefly until wilted.
