    • 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

Pat dry the peeled shrimp. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant. Add shrimp, octopus, and maitake mushrooms, and simmer on medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
