    • 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Cut the king oyster mushroom in half lengthwise and slice thinly at an angle. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp, octopus, and mushrooms, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
