    • 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus, bite-sized
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 100g Chinese cabbage, chopped
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, halved and crushed
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili, to taste
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Pat the peeled shrimp dry to remove excess moisture.

In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant, then add shrimp, octopus, and Chinese cabbage. Cook on medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
