    • 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🥕 75g carrot, cut into small chunks
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili, as needed
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Cut the carrot into small chunks and place it in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water. Crush the garlic and remove its core.

Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add the shrimp and octopus. Cook over medium heat until the shrimp changes color. Add the carrot and stir briefly, cooking until just heated through.
