    • 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🥦 60g broccoli florets
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain water. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

Pat dry the peeled shrimp. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat until the shrimp changes color. When the mixture starts to bubble, add broccoli and stir briefly before simmering lightly.
