    • 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 80g bitter melon (1/3 piece)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 3mm pieces. Rub with salt until softened, rinse with water, and drain. Crush garlic clove and remove its core.

Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pot over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp, octopus, and bitter melon. Cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until shrimp changes color.
