    • 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🥦 3 stalks asparagus (60g)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Trim the asparagus ends and peel the tough parts with a peeler. Cut into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

Pat the peeled shrimp dry. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant. Add shrimp, octopus, and asparagus. Cook on medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color and the asparagus is tender.
