INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade sea bream
Vegetables
- 🍅 3 fruit tomatoes, sliced
- 1/3 bag mizuna, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the sea bream thinly using a knife held flat.
Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Trim the mizuna roots and chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion. Soak mizuna and onion in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
Mix olive oil, ponzu soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Arrange the sea bream and tomato slices alternately on a plate in a wreath shape. Place the mizuna and onion in the center, then drizzle the sauce over the dish.
