- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍣 30g soy-marinated salmon roe
Dashi Broth

- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- 5g shredded nori
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🌰 A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
- 🌿 Wasabi, as needed
STEPS
Marinate the sea bream in soy sauce for 5 minutes.
Heat the dashi broth ingredients in a pot until boiling, then turn off the heat.
