INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 slices (160g) sea bream
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head (125g) broccoli
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the sea bream into thirds and season both sides with salt and pepper. Coat both sides with flour.
Separate the broccoli into small florets and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the sea bream and cook over medium heat until browned.
Add broccoli and sake, cover the pan, and steam cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients and mix quickly to combine.
