In the same pan, mix ground meat, minced onion, salt, and pepper until sticky, then flatten the mixture evenly.

Cover the pan and cook over very low heat for about 10 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces with a spatula.

Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over the meat, turn off the heat, and cover the pan again to melt the cheese with residual heat. Top with toasted breadcrumbs and parsley.
