INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g tatsoi, chopped
Seafood
- 🦪 2 boiled scallops
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🥛 200cc milk
Liquid
- đź’§ 100cc water
Broth
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the root off the tatsoi and separate the leaves and stems. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the scallops in half and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the scallops and sauté briefly. Add tatsoi stems and cooking wine, then continue to stir-fry.
Add the milk, water, chicken broth powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then add tatsoi leaves and simmer briefly. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
