Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍋 1/8 lemon slice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
STEPS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the onion into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare two sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the onion, shimeji mushrooms, scallops, and seasonings equally between the two sheets.
Bake the foil packets in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes. Serve on a plate with a halved lemon slice for garnish.
