INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
Seafood
- 🦪 4 fresh scallops
Vegetables
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Condiments
- Wasabi, as desired
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut scallops in half and thinly slice shiso leaves.
