INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🥕 1/4 cup diced carrot
- đź§… 1/2 onion, diced
- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- đź’§ 1 cup water

- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Peel and dice the potatoes, rinse under running water to remove starch, and drain.
Peel and dice the carrot and onion, and slice the garlic.
Heat a frying pan with cooking oil, sauté garlic, then add potatoes and stir-fry. Add carrot and onion, and continue stir-frying.
Mix water, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and corn syrup to create the sauce. Reduce heat and simmer the mixture with the vegetables.
Cook until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are tender.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
