INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1/2 red chili, finely chopped
- đź§… A small amount of green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
STEPS
Wash the zucchini under running water and slice it into half-moons.
Remove the stem of the red chili, wash it, and finely chop. Peel and wash the green onion and garlic. Chop the green onion and mince the garlic.
Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil, and sauté the minced garlic. Add the zucchini and stir-fry, then add water and continue cooking.
Add the chopped red chili and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Add fermented shrimp and adjust the seasoning. Remove from heat.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
