INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- đź§… 30g onion, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
- đź§„ 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of perilla oil
STEPS
Slice the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick half-moons.
Heat perilla oil in a pan and add the zucchini and minced garlic.
Add fermented shrimp to the pan and stir well.
Add chopped onion and stir-fry over high heat.
When the zucchini is about 50% cooked, add sliced red chili and stir-fry briefly.
Remove the zucchini when it is about 60% cooked and let it cool slightly on a wide tray.
